Report a Student Concern

Student concerns can be reported in various ways. Please view our LGS Reporting a Concern flowchart to understand how concerns are routed and handled.

For simplicity, you can submit your concern using the form below.

Your form will be routed to a member of the LGS Student Affairs Team. A concern reported to LGS may be routed to another campus office, depending on its nature. After submitting your concern, you will receive a confirmation email, and a member of the Student Affairs team will follow up with you as soon as possible. If you have any questions about this process, you are welcome to contact a member of the LGS Student Affairs Team.

An individual who suspects an academic misconduct offense has occurred must report this alleged breach to the director of graduate studies, the program director, the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, or the Associate Director of Student Affairs in the Laney Graduate School by completing the Report a Concern form (i.e., this form).
