Student concerns can be reported in various ways. Review the LGS Reporting a Concern flowchart to understand how concerns are routed and addressed.

The Laney Graduate School (LGS) supports graduate students' academic progress and student affairs matters within the graduate education environment. For concerns involving personal, health, mental health, or basic needs challenges, Student Case Management & Intervention Services (SCMIS) provides non-clinical case management, support, resource referrals, and coordinated intervention services.

To simplify the process, you may submit your concern using the form below. Once submission, you will receive a confirmation email, and a member of the Student Affairs team will follow up with you as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the concern, it may also be referred to another appropriate campus office. If you have questions about the process, please contact a member of the LGS Student Affairs Team.

An individual who suspects an academic misconduct offense has occurred must report this alleged breach to the director of graduate studies, the program director, the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, or the Associate Director of Student Affairs in the Laney Graduate School by completing the Report a Concern form (i.e., this form).
